Production Leader Medical Technology (m/w/d)

The company is a well-established specialist for high-precision surgical instruments and supplies leading MedTech companies worldwide with state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and highest quality standards according to ISO 13485

Your tasks - Leadership and development of a multidisciplinary team of around 50 specialists and 7 direct supervisors - Operational control of the entire production processes from machining to final packaging - Process optimization and continuous improvement of production workflows to maximize efficiency and quality - Capacity planning and strategic machine allocation for optimal utilization of all manufacturing areas - Quality assurance according to regulatory requirements and implementation of improvement measures - Budget and resource responsibility for the entire production department - Interdisciplinary cooperation with quality assurance, supply chain management, and process technology - Strategic collaboration in setting up the production strategy and implementing innovation projects

Your profile - Technical foundation in machining, supplemented by business administration further education (FH/HF) - At least 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in medical technology and 5 years in leadership position - Outstanding leadership skills with experience leading larger teams - Entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality when solving complex production challenges - Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams - Very good German language skills (oral C2, written C1) and English basic knowledge (oral B1, written A2) - Network in the precision engineering industry in the Biel, Solothurn, Bern area of advantage - Decisive personality with systematic working style and high presence on the shop floor
