Job description
Production & Field Technician – eMotorbikes / eMopeds / eBikes
Nuneaton | Full Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm (occasional weekends and overnight stays required) | Competitive Salary
What’s in it for you?
Ready to turn your passion for electric bikes into a career? This is your chance to join a fast-growing British manufacturer at the cutting edge of the electric mobility revolution.
Be part of a team that designs and builds sleek, high-performance eMotorbikes, eMopeds, and eBikes — helping to shape the future of sustainable transport. No two days will be the same: one day you’ll be building electric vehicles in the workshop, the next you might be out on the road delivering them or representing the brand at major UK events.
You will have:
- The opportunity to work with innovative, industry-leading electric vehicles
- A varied, hands-on role — no desk in sight
- The chance to travel and represent a respected UK brand
- A supportive team that values passion, quality, and pride in every build
- Long-term career potential in an expanding company
Are you the right person for the job?
You’re a hands-on problem solver who loves taking things apart, putting them back together, and making them better than before. Strong attention to detail, a practical mindset, and confidence when dealing with customers and colleagues are key.
Experience working with (or riding) eMotorbikes, eMopeds, or eBikes is highly desirable — but enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
You’ll bring:
- Mechanical skills and a passion for electric vehicles
- A professional, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
- The flexibility to travel and stay overnight occasionally
- A clean UK driving licence, aged 25 or over, with at least two years’ experience (insurance requirement)
What will your role look like?
As a Production & Field Technician, you’ll be at the heart of operations — building, preparing, and delivering electric vehicles that turn heads across the UK. You’ll ensure every bike that leaves the workshop meets the company’s exacting standards and delivers a first-class experience for every customer.
In this exciting, varied role, you will:
- Assemble and quality-check eMotorbikes, eMopeds, and eBikes
- Pick, prepare, and dispatch parts to customers and dealers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop
- Drive the company van for deliveries, collections, and on-site work
