Production Engineer (J51849)

Responsibilities: Responsible for formulating weekly work plans and targets for the production line, ensuring alignment with production and sales objectives, and making adjustments and optimisations based on actual circumstances. Coordinate and organise production schedules, collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of production plans, and promptly resolve issues arising during the production process. Manage production team members, including shift/team leaders and production engineers, provide guidance and support as needed, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. Monitor and control production costs, identify areas for cost reduction and implement improvements accordingly. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices and delivery terms, and ensure timely receipt of goods and services. Analyse production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity. Provide technical support and training to production team members as needed. Participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement new technologies.
