Production Engineering Engineer

Job description

Partner with operations and engineering leadership in the development of new product manufacturing recommendations, preliminary manufacturing plans and pre-production schedules. Be able to successfully network and work cross functionally with upfront engineering and assembly plant teams. Drive quality and safety into product launches through execution of NPI tools and standards to validate the assembly process. Support creation, implementation, documentation, and execution of centralized core technical processes and procedures for production engineering. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and relevant laws. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with business objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including operations, engineering, and quality teams. Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful product launches. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements. Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in production processes and recommend solutions. Develop and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and relevant laws.
