Production Engineering Engineer Controls

Lead efforts to troubleshoot, improve and optimize existing and new manufacturing control systems and equipment across the production floor. Manage the integration of manufacturing equipment into a machining lines Perform equipment and/or process qualifications and validations (including risk assessments). Conduct root cause analyses and provide resolution of equipment issues. Manage projects (including capital expenditures) to schedule and within budget. Perform all necessary functions from the planning, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases of projects. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and engineering. Provide technical guidance and support to production floor personnel. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
