Production Engineer (Precision Machining)

Purpose: Responsible for supervising and implementing an improvement plan for production. Support engineering teams by drawing up safety protocols, reporting issues to the manager and developing strategies to ensure quality, efficiency and delivery. Manages the production and planning section to optimize the utilization of resources. Key Areas of Responsibilities: Properly trained with good workmanship knowledge and skilled to perform individual task in a good manner. Document procedures and work instructions. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
