Job description
- Supervision of Production activities .
- Allocate tasks and prepare job cards and organize feedback.
- Maximum utilization of machines.
- Ensure daily set production lines completion.
- Responsible for reduction in rework.
- Process Improvement:
- Refer to ASME (American standard of Mechanical Engineering ) code of Drawings .under " U "stamp.
- Refer technical manuals and books for up gradation.
- Suggests process improvements, take trials and implements the same.
- Production related activities:
- Performance reviews
- Strict adherence of ISO /ASME Manual for implementation.
- Adherence to 5 S
- Should have the competence to handle Blue collared workmen.
- Should be able to be interface of departmental needs with various stakeholders and convince for assistance.
- Should have worked & knowledge of SS.
- Should be well versed with Fabrication & Welding Technology.
- Should be well versed with Auto CAD and 3D modeling.
- House Keeping :
- Monitor day to day maintenance of machines.
- Ensure cleanliness of work area as per quality norms.
