In the project team in Stuttgart, you will work on the development and optimization of special machines and their manufacturing processes. Tasks

• ECR Management: You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of ECRs (Engineering Change Request) including the assignment and tracking of required tasks.
• Support for CAPA Activities: You support CAPA (Corrective And Preventive Action) activities and manage the processing of ECRs.
• Technical Analyses and Improvements: You conduct technical product and manufacturing process analyses, analyze and document the results, and provide input for improvement measures.
• Material Management and System Maintenance: You participate in material creation within the system workflow, create and maintain master material data in the system.
• Documentation and Case Ownership: You perform bill of materials changes, create work instructions and technical documentation, and manage transferred activities as a "Case Owner".
• Production Trial Organization: You organize the execution and documentation of production trials, define necessary auxiliary and operating materials, and carry out scheduling and procurement.
• Support for CIP Measures: You support CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) measures with suppliers in close coordination with product managers.
• Troubleshooting and Document Review: You assist with troubleshooting and the technical review of documents.

Qualification

• Academic Background and Qualification: Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, a technician's further education, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional Experience and Technical Understanding: You have already gained initial professional experience in the mentioned field and have a good technical understanding, ideally with experience in special machine construction.
• Software Competence: You are proficient in using common MS Office applications.
• Language Skills: Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Structured Work and Team Orientation: Independent and structured work, strong communication skills, and solution- and team-oriented collaboration in the project environment complete your profile.
