Production Engineer (m/w/d)

To strengthen our production site in Gütersloh, we are looking for a Production Engineer (m/w/d) to actively shape and optimize our production processes.

Aufgaben

These tasks await you:

• Development and standardization of manufacturing and testing procedures for all products (at all Busch PROtective locations)
• Definition and specification (construction) of machines, tools, and production aids
• Preparation and maintenance of production documents (e.g. operating instructions, test protocols, checklists)
• Optimization of production workflows regarding material flow and throughput time
• Care of qualitative improvements of products. This includes, among other things, continuous improvement of processes and documentation
• Accompany and participate in product development from prototype to series maturity from the production perspective
• Production-oriented risk analyses including derived measures, participation in change management
• Development of production-oriented resource lists structures for configuration management
• Preparation of production specifications for assemblies with external production (supplier specifications)

Qualifikation

These qualifications you need:

• SUCCESSFUL completion of technical training, ideally with further training to master or technician (m/w/d)
• Several years of relevant work experience in the desired field
• Fundamental knowledge of production and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of measurement and control technology, automation and control technology
• Experience with simulation, planning, control, and evaluation programs
• Experience in quality assurance
• Process-oriented thinking and problem-solving skills
• Professional leadership skills
• Organizational talent
• Teamwork
• Very good MS-Office skills and secure handling of ERP systems (preferably Sage)
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
