Production Engineer

Atempo spa - agency for work - Gallarate (VA) branch is looking for a Production Engineer to be inserted into the organization. The resource, inserted in the Production Engineering Team, will have a key role in developing and optimizing production processes. Specifically, it will be responsible for: - Industrialization of new products: manage the entire process, from defining work operations to designing equipment and studying layouts, ensuring efficiency and quality from the initial phase. Monitor the drafting of control procedures and production cost management. - Reforming the production system (Lean Manufacturing): contribute to continuous improvement by applying and developing Lean techniques (TPM, 5S, etc.), both for internal processes and external work operations. - Production control: analyze production data to monitor department results and write essential reports for strategic decisions. Requirements: - technical-scientific training (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Materials Science and Nanotechnology); - experience in the role of at least 2 years; - knowledge of chemical/thermal/metal treatments; - excellent knowledge of the English language; - computer skills on SolidWorks or equivalent software for 3D design. The company offers: - direct indefinite contract; - salary between 30k and 40k, based on the candidate's experience; - working hours: daily, with availability for day trips.
