Production Coordinator

Scope:

Coordinates and ensures the production process to achieve planned production, in accordance with objectives, program, and quality standards of the company.

Reports to the Manager of the work point.

Requirements:

Degree in technical studies, specialization in hydraulics is an advantage;

Experience in management/coordinating production activities - at least 2 years;

Knowledge of PC operation (Windows, Office Package, Internet, email).

Responsibilities:

Organizes the production activity of the coordinated sector and responds by taking measures to ensure the qualitative and timely completion of the production program;

Verifies the fulfillment of tasks by subordinates;

Ensures that personnel in the service under their supervision have consumables, protective equipment, and necessary equipment for the activity's smooth operation;

Applies legal regulations in force and ensures that internal regulations are respected in the sector they coordinate;

Responsible for the efficient use and purpose of production materials received in the sector they coordinate, for the management and maintenance of the sector's assets;

Responsible for loading tasks at the capacity of the entire personnel under their supervision;

Completes technical files tracking daily behavior of machines;

Ensures and follows respect for technological discipline, concerned with improving technological processes and production process.
