Production Coordinator

We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team and help us keep our operations running smoothly from prep to packaging.

Your Mission: As our Production Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our ingredient blending, packaging, and delivery processes run efficiently and in compliance with strict quality and safety standards. You’ll be the bridge between planning and production, ensuring the right ingredients are in the right place—at the right time

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate daily production based on schedules, customer orders and inventory level
• Monitor raw material availability, batch preparation, and packaging flow
• Ensure alignment with food safety standards (GFSI)
• Communicate with supply chain, quality, and R&D teams to resolve bottlenecks
• Maintain accurate records in IT systems
• Support traceability, labeling compliance, and audit readiness
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, waste reduction, and lead time

What You Bring:

• Technical diploma or degree in Food Technologies, Food Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in food or ingredients manufacturing (seasonings, flavorings, blends, meat, dairy etc)
• Working knowledge of food safety systems and quality standards
• Familiarity with batch production and traceability practices
• Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities

Bonus Points:

• Experience with allergen control and product changeover planning
• Exposure to lean manufacturing or 5S environments
