The Company:
A well-established and forward-thinking business in the promotional products industry is seeking an Production Coordinator to join their high-performing and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a creative, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

The Role:
As a key member of the production team, you will coordinate the end-to-end process of branded merchandise orders. This involves liaising with suppliers, confirming artwork and designs, monitoring stock levels and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with internal teams to manage production workflows, maintain quality and support creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate production and manage the full process of branded merchandise purchase orders
  • Review artwork and design files to ensure they meet specifications (CorelDraw/Illustrator experience highly regarded)
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm designs, source products and manage timelines
  • Monitor branded inventory and initiate replenishments where required
  • Verify and process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate and timely approvals
  • Provide backend customer service support - no sales duties required
  • Maintain accurate order status updates and expected delivery dates in the system
  • Support continuous improvement of processes and team efficiency

About you:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the promotional products, print or design industry highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Confident using design software such as CorelDraw, Illustrator or similar
  • Organised, proactive and solutions-focused with strong communication skills
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
