Job description

Our client is looking for an organised, detail-driven Production Coordinator to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll support the full production lifecycle, ensuring styles are set up accurately, suppliers stay on schedule, and key milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ERP Data & Item Set-Up: Create and maintain product data, including style codes, colour names, size ranges and all required attributes for ordering.
  • Production Schedule Management: Track the status of all orders with suppliers—fabric in-house, barcode approvals, PPS samples and more—using email, calls and daily follow-ups to ensure timelines are met.
  • Barcode Management: Issue barcode files to suppliers, verify accuracy, and ensure correct application across all products.
  • Photo Sample Coordination: Order photo samples and work closely with the marketing team to deliver assets on time.
About You:
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with suppliers and internal teams
  • Experience in a similar production, supply chain or product admin role (apparel/fashion industry experience is essential)
