Job description
Picnic is looking for part-time or full-time production assistants! (Job in Rotterdam Ridderkerk, up to €2925 per month)
What you get as a production assistant
- Earn up to €2925 per month, including holiday pay and shift allowances (according to CAO)
- Travel allowance up to 80 km per working day
- Part-time or full-time contract: 16–40 hours per week
- Fixed schedule or prefer flexibility: You can choose a fixed schedule (4 or 5 days per week) with guaranteed hours or submit your availability every week.

Your role as a production assistant
- Picking and packing groceries in the warehouse
- Loading and unloading roll containers for our delivery trucks
- Checking product quality and expiry dates
- Restocking shelves and keeping the workspace clean and safe
Your profile
- At least 18 years old and physically fit (lifting, walking, standing)
- Proactive, eager to learn, and a real team player
- Basic Dutch or English is enough
- Available for 16–40 hours per week (part-time or full-time)
Shifts
- Morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00
- Evening shift: 15:00 – 00:00
- Student shift: 18:00 – 00:00 (at least one evening and one weekend day required)
Choose your preferred shift each day or lock in a fixed schedule.
Location Rotterdam Ridderkerk
We are looking for new production assistants for our warehouse in Rotterdam Ridderkerk. Of course we compensate your travel costs up to 80 kilometers per work day!
