Production Assistant (a) Work location: Region Bern - Industry: High-precision manufacturing - Start date: Immediately or upon agreement Our company is an established industrial company with around 380 employees and long-standing expertise in the production of high-precision components. Your tasks - Varied and challenging - Assembly and manufacturing of technically advanced products according to drawings and instructions - Setting up and monitoring production stations to ensure efficient workflows - Independent execution of quality checks (visual and with testing tools) - Recording and documenting production and test data in internal systems - Participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP) to optimize processes and quality

- First work experience in production, assembly or technical field is advantageous - Technical understanding, ideally experience reading drawings - Careful, precise, and team-oriented working style - Willingness to work 3 shifts (morning/afternoon/evening shift according to deployment planning) - Good German language skills in writing and speaking
