Production and Supply Planning Expert - Singapore

Job Summary

We are seeking a Production & Supply Planning Specialist to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. This role focuses on creating production schedules, coordinating material availability, and optimizing resources. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, manage capacity planning, and monitor performance to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand forecasts
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers for timely production and delivery
• Analyze capacity and adjust plans to optimize utilization
• Monitor progress and resolve issues during manufacturing
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and sourcing teams
• Ensure timely material acquisition for production
• Prepare data for monthly SIOP meetings and support decisions on demand, supply, and inventory
• Define inventory planning strategies to improve P&L performance
• Work with sales and customer service to incorporate demand into plans

System & Process

• Use SAP ERP for inventory, scheduling, and procurement tracking
• Maintain accurate records and drive process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 6+ years in production planning, inventory management, or supply chain
• Proficient in SAP ERP
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
