Job description
- Implements the Stellantis operating system in his/her area of responsibility according to the plant's Route Map.
- Supervises that preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities are executed according to safety pillar standards (SAF).
- Implements the professional maintenance system in the area under his/her responsibility.
- Manages, Directs, Controls, and Conserves human resources, equipment, and facilities of the area, under his/her responsibility to obtain SQDCME results aligned with the plant's scorecard.
- Performs root cause analysis of breakdowns in the area under his/her responsibility through EWOS.
- Analyzes, Directs, and Authorizes the assignment of M.O.I. (Maintenance Orders/Interventions) according to the established process or activity.
- Manages technical and facilities suppliers (cleaning, robots, electrical, civil works, PLC, welding, etc.).
- Coordinates with different departments corrective and preventive actions to solve problems affecting vehicle quality and processes.
- Directs and Coordinates activities to comply with Maintenance programs with assigned personnel, guaranteeing the established process and quality.
- Directs and Coordinates the identification of losses and waste for the development and implementation of improvement ideas and KAIZEN projects according to Stellantis' methodology.
- Maintains control of deliverables by pillar in his/her area of responsibility such as: unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, kaizens, improvement ideas, suggestions, EWO analysis, problem-solving, MRO control, scrap.
- Manages and oversees costs in services, spare parts, labor, supplies, consumption, etc., constantly seeking savings through improvements, best practices, better technologies, avoiding waste of time, labor, materials, and spare parts, applying Stellantis concepts.
- Cares for and promotes environmental protection, applying environmental policies, criteria, and standards in all activities carried out each shift.
- Complies with current Stellantis policies, mission, and vision.
