Production Administrator
Job description
Our client is a family-owned and operated engineering company based in Hornby. With continued business growth, they are looking for a Production Administrator to join their team in a long-term opportunity with flexibility around working hours. This is a varied role where you'll play a key part in supporting production, estimating, and customer communication while helping keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and maintaining documentation for quotations, preparing and sending out invoices, managing and tracking project timelines, coordinating with suppliers and customers, performing data entry tasks, and providing administrative support as needed. Requirements: Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience working in a fast-paced environment, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
