Job Description
Vacancy for enthusiastic productiemedewerkers at a growing and family-owned company in the food sector (pork).

What will you do?
- You ensure that the production line is continuously and smoothly supplied.
- You work on trimming meat to ensure each product meets the required quality (experience with a knife is helpful, but not necessary).
- You help load and unload trucks.
- You are flexibly deployed across various departments such as production, packaging, and logistics. This keeps your working day varied.

You work from Monday to Friday.
You are flexible in terms of deployment: you start between 3:30 am and 6:30 am depending on which department you will be working at that day/week.ProfielWhat do we expect from you?
- You have experience in a production environment, with meat processing being a MUST!
- You enjoy an active, physical job with variety.
- You speak and understand good Dutch, English, French, or Romanian.
- You can work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
- You are reliable, take initiative, and work accurately.
- You remain calm and efficient, even when it's busy.
- You are flexible in terms of deployment: you start between 3:30 am and 6:30 am and work until the job is done.
- Working in a cooled environment does not intimidate you.

- Gross salary €16.93 per hour.
- For work between 6 pm and 10 pm = 20% premium
- First 240 overtime hours: gross = net
