Insurance Production Employee SME

As an internal SME administrator, you form the administrative core within the SME team. You ensure that the insurance files of companies remain correct, complete, and up-to-date.

You work primarily from the office and support colleagues who handle customer contact. You ensure that quotes are requested and compared, policies are processed correctly, and the database is always in order.

A selection from your task package:

• managing and following up on insurance files of SME clients;
• administratively processing policies and changes;
• requesting quotes from various insurers;
• comparing quotes and clearly mapping out the differences;
• preparing files for colleagues who visit clients;
• correctly processing data and customer information in the database;
• following up on outstanding matters and ensuring files are completed on time;
• providing administrative support to the SME team;
• collecting and processing information for changes in customer situations;
• close collaboration with commercial colleagues and other teams within the office.

Therefore, you do not need to be at the client's table constantly for this role. Your added value lies precisely in ensuring that the SME team can rely on you behind the scenes.

An SME insurance file holds no secrets for you, or you certainly have the drive to learn it quickly. You enjoy working in a structured manner and find satisfaction when a file is completed completely and correctly.

• has experience in insurance, preferably in an SME environment;
• works administratively strong and accurately;
• easily handles multiple files simultaneously;
• critically compares quotes and detects differences;
• enjoys working with systems and databases;

• takes initiative and actively supports colleagues;
• remains calm when the pace increases;
• feels at home in a family-like, no-nonsense environment.

You do not need to be an overtly commercial personality. Correctness, structure, insurance knowledge, and team spirit weigh heavier here.
