Production Worker

As an all-round production worker in the food industry, you will participate in the entire production process: from weighing ingredients and preparing dough to operating production machines and packaging products. You will learn the different tasks step by step. As you gain more experience, you will work more independently and take on more responsibility.

What will you do?:

• Operating, setting up, and checking production machines;
• Preparing and weighing ingredients according to fixed recipes;
• Preparing fillings and making and processing different types of dough;
• Baking and frying food products;
• Performing quality checks during the production process;
• Identifying and, where possible, resolving minor machine malfunctions;
• Assisting in the packing department when needed;
• Cleaning machines, tools, and workspaces;
• Working according to the regulations for hygiene, food safety, and safe working practices.

This varied job as a food production worker suits someone who enjoys practical work, learning new skills, and taking responsibility. You will develop your knowledge of recipes, machine operation, and food preparation. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that every order is produced and packaged on time and meets quality requirements.

In return for your commitment, we offer you:

• A gross monthly salary between €2,579 and €2,651 based on a 38-hour workweek, depending on your knowledge and experience;
• A travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer for a travel distance of 10 kilometers or more;
• A full-time job as a food production worker of 38 hours per week in day shift;
• Working hours from 06:00 to 14:30 or from 07:00 to 15:30, in consultation;
• During the lunch break, you can choose something to eat from the production;

Who are we looking for?

• You preferably have experience in the food industry, a bakery, kitchen, or similar production environment;
• You have technical insight and want to learn how to operate different production machines;
• You can independently follow recipes, work instructions, and production schedules;
• You work accurately and pay attention to hygiene, food safety, and product quality;
• You are flexible and help your colleagues when needed;
• You enjoy varied, practical work within food production;
• You can work at a good pace while maintaining an eye for quality and safety;
• You master Dutch and/or English sufficiently to understand work instructions and communicate with colleagues;
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety is a plus. If you do not yet have this knowledge, you will learn it on the job.

The production location will soon move from Breukelen to Zeewolde. From the new location in Zeewolde, the production team will be further expanded, and the company will have ample space for growth.
