Job description
Do you enjoy working with your hands and have technical insight? VDL Fibertech is looking for a production employee for our modern factory in Hapert. You will produce high-quality composite products for aviation, the medical sector, defense, and automotive. No experience with composites? No problem - we will train you internally to become a specialist.
What will you do?
- You will produce and inspect high-quality composite components according to production orders
- You will work with carbon and glass fiber reinforced plastic
- You will identify deviations in the production process and solve them
- You will accurately record production data in our systems
- You will ensure a safe and neat working environment
- You will collaborate with colleagues to achieve quality objectives

- Salary between €2,800 and €3,350 gross per month for a full-time position
- 27 vacation days and 13 ADV (advancement) days for a good work-life balance

- You are available full-time and have your own transportation
- Experience in a production environment is an advantage but not required
