Production Employee 2-shift

In the role of Production Employee within a two-shift system, you are responsible for keeping the production line in optimal condition. You will operate and adjust machines, monitor the quality of the final product, and proactively contribute to improving processes to make them smarter, safer, and more efficient. Your function is crucial within our production system.

• Independently operate, configure, and monitor machine(s);
• Solve minor problems and identify deviations;
• Follow production planning and monitor progress;
• Perform quality control using various measuring instruments;
• Contribute ideas for improvements in the production process;

• A healthy dose of technical insight: you understand how machines work, quickly see what can be done differently or better, and dare to take initiative.
• You have a keen eye for detail: you spot deviations before others notice them and ensure that every product meets our quality standard.
• You think in solutions: you analyze malfunctions, recognize patterns, and come up with practical ideas to improve the process.
• You remain calm and act quickly: unexpected deviations or minor malfunctions? You keep a cool head and get straight to work.

• Salary between €2,700-€3,300 per month, depending on knowledge and experience;
• Shift allowance of 15% on top of gross salary;
• 8.33% holiday pay;
• Pension scheme;
• Prospect of a permanent contract.
