Productiemanager

The position As Productiemanager at Valmont Nederland BV in Maarheeze, you are responsible for directing and optimizing production within a metal processing environment. You ensure the effective and efficient use of people, materials, and machines, with the goal of a stable, safe, and predictable production process. You report directly to the Regional Operations Manager and form an important link between strategy and daily operation. You translate business goals into operational objectives, taking into account the specific circumstances of the metal processing industry. You are responsible for ensuring that all production processes comply with relevant laws and regulations, as well as internal company policies. Your tasks include: • Developing and implementing production plans and schedules; • Monitoring and controlling production processes to ensure quality and efficiency; • Identifying and resolving production-related problems and improving processes; • Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and maintenance, to optimize production; • Ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and accurate. You are expected to have a strong understanding of the metal processing industry and its specific challenges, as well as experience in production planning and control. You must be able to work independently and make decisions based on your own judgment.
