Your Challenge :
For a strongly growing and future-oriented production environment, we are looking for a Production Manager who takes responsibility for the daily production organization and plays an active role in the further development and professionalization of the production department.
The organization has invested significantly in modern production facilities and a high-quality working environment in recent years. The focus today is not only on operational management of production, but primarily on creating structure, strengthening leadership, improving processes, and achieving sustainable growth.
As Production Manager, you will directly manage four coordinators and work closely with the Technical Service, Logistics, and HR departments. You are a key link between strategy and operations, ensuring that people, processes, and objectives are perfectly aligned.

Your Responsibilities :
Responsible for the daily management of the production organization.
Coaching, guiding, and developing managers and employees.
Creating a culture where responsibility, collaboration, and ownership are central.
Developing, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs and production performance.
Identifying and implementing optimization and improvement projects. Further structuring and professionalizing production processes.
Monitoring efficiency, quality, safety, and continuity.
Actively contributing to the strategic development of the production department.
Acting as a bridge between the shop floor, management, and support services.ProfileYou have sufficient operational maturity to oversee a complete production organization and know how to involve people in change. You combine a pragmatic approach with strong analytical skills and are able to switch between operational and tactical levels.

Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following characteristics:
Experience within a production environment. Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience with process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and continuous improvement.
Easy handling of KPIs, numbers, and performance indicators.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking ability.
Experience with setting up, developing, and implementing projects.
Hands-on mentality combined with the ability to rise above daily operations.
Approachable and no-nonsense personality.
Sufficient maturity, resilience, and persuasiveness to involve employees and managers in change. Affinity with a family-run SME culture where direct communication and short decision lines are central.
Experience within the food industry is a great asset, but not a requirement. A strong production background, leadership, and the right potential are more important for this position.
