Product Leader for 2 Teams

Our client is an international family-owned business specializing in high-quality packaging solutions and is known for its innovative machine park, sustainable growth, and engaged employees. For the weekend team, they are looking for a driven Product Leader to ensure the continuity, efficiency, and safety of the packaging departments on weekends. Task package: As Product Leader, you are responsible for the following tasks: Coordinating the operation and planning of the assigned packaging lines; Ensuring the smooth running of production processes; Monitoring and controlling the quality of packaged products; Maintaining a safe working environment; Developing and implementing process improvements; Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals; Providing guidance and support to team members; Reporting on key performance indicators. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field; At least 3 years of experience as a Product Leader or similar role; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Fluency in Dutch.
