Production Manager Insurance Auto

Our client is looking for a driven Production Manager Insurance (Auto) for the administrative and commercial management of car insurance files. Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing car insurance files from application to policy
• Analyzing customers' insurance needs and guiding them to the best solutions
• Actively following up and administratively processing insurance applications, quotes, and policies
• Proactively approaching clients and prospects to further expand the portfolio
• Answering customer inquiries and providing tailor-made advice
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the insurance sector and regulations
• Collaborating with colleagues and sharing expertise within the team

Are you the accurate and customer-oriented person we are looking for? This is the ideal profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent through experience
• Experience in insurance, specifically car insurance, or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area
• Customer-oriented and commercial attitude with strong communication skills
• Accurate, proactive, and able to work independently
• Preferably in possession of a PCP certificate
• Fluent command of Dutch and French; knowledge of English is a plus
