PRODUCT / CONTRACTING ASSISTANT VACANCY Salary: R25,000 (approx.) | Live-out Travel & Safari Reservations Office | Cape Town We are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Product/Contracting Assistant to support the Head of Product with supplier contracts, rate loading, and system accuracy for safari experiences across Southern & East Africa. This role combines technical execution, commercial insight, and sales support to ensure smooth operations and confident quoting for B2B and B2C clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product contracting, contract management, and data analysis. Key responsibilities include: • Assisting the Head of Product with supplier contracts, rate loading, and system accuracy for safari experiences across Southern & East Africa. • Providing commercial insight to support sales efforts and ensure smooth operations. • Supporting the sales team with product information, pricing, and availability. • Maintaining accurate records of supplier contracts, rates, and system data. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, marketing). • 2+ years of experience in product contracting, contract management, or data analysis. • Strong understanding of product contracting, contract management, and data analysis. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
