Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting a tech-savvy Product Trainer to lead training initiatives for our clients' digital platform. This role is vital in ensuring that all stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively use and promote their products.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training and Enablement

• Design and deliver engaging training programs (virtual, in-person and blended) for Real Estate Agents and admins using PropertyEngine’s listing tools.
  
• Clients and partners using the client's identity verification services.
  
• Users of the Nurture platform focused on lead engagement and reporting
  
• Develop and maintain training materials, including, but not limited to user guides, video tutorials, webinars, FAQs, and e-learning modules.
  
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients and internal staff.
  
• Support clients and internal staff with coaching sessions and follow-up engagements.
  
• Manage training logistics, schedules, and learner communications across multiple regions.
  

2. Product Expertise

• Stay up to date with product updates, new features, and integrations.
  
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to understand platform changes in order to be able to translate these into training content.
  
• Act as a subject matter expert during product launches and client onboarding.
  

3. Support & Feedback

• Provide post-training support and troubleshoot user issues.
  
• Gather feedback from trainees to improve training effectiveness.
  
• Track training outcomes and report on engagement and adoption of metrics.
  

Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years in product training, instructional design, or customer success, ideally in SaaS or Proptech.
  
• Strong WordPress CMS knowledge and property listing workflow experience.
  
• Familiar with digital identity concepts (KYC, AML).
  
• Skilled in lead nurturing and CRM processes.
  
• Excellent communicator and presenter.
  
• Experienced with LMS and virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Moodle).
  
• Proficient in screen recording, narration, and accessible captioning.
  
• Able to produce professional training videos using Camtasia, Premiere Pro, iSpring, CapCut, etc.
  
• Designs attractive PDF guides and multimedia materials with Canva, InDesign, or similar.
  
• Maintains brand consistency across content.
  
• Translates complex products into engaging learning experiences.
  
• Experience in real estate tech, identity verification, and marketing automation.
  
• Collaborates with SMEs to create and review scripts and storyboards.
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  
• Diploma or degree in Education, Communications, IT, or related field.
