Product Specialist – Medical Equipment - Orthopaedics (MBST Portfolio)

The MBST portfolio serves orthopaedic, sports medicine, and rehabilitation specialists, offering innovative solutions for the diagnosis and treatment of various musculoskeletal disorders. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialist to join our team. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including orthopaedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, and rehabilitation therapists. • Providing product training and support to customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to effectively use MBST technology. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies, product promotions, and educational programs that showcase the benefits of MBST technology. • Conducting market research and analyzing customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion into new markets. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity to ensure DSS remains a leader in the medical imaging and therapeutic solutions space. The ideal candidate will possess: • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or life sciences). • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management within the healthcare industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues at all levels. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions. • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
