Product Specialist – Battery Energy Storage Systems

The position will be one important member of the Sungrow’s Brazil technical support team, which takes care of company’s BESS pre-sales technical offer in the country. Main activities and Responsibilities: Pre-sales support and technical alignment with clients (EPCs/System Integrators, Investors, Technical Advisors) Support sales team with ESS system technical solutions Become a trusted technical advisor to the customer’s engineering staff Track market demands from key accounts Set up a channel for communication and collaboration with customers Provide technical training and support to customers’ engineers Ensure that all technical aspects of BESS are properly understood by clients Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts Identify and prioritize potential business opportunities within existing client base Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies Support the development of new products and services through market research and analysis Provide input on product roadmaps and requirements Identify and address any technical issues or concerns that may arise during the sales process Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Sungrow’s BESS products and their applications in the Brazilian market
