Job Overview: The Product Quality Sr. Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. This position requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement. The Sr. Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, inspecting products, identifying defects, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. This role is crucial to maintaining our high standards and delivering exceptional products to our customers. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for manufacturing processes. * Conduct regular inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards. * Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformances. * Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. * Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Participate in root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of quality issues. * Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and quality control plans. * Train and mentor quality control personnel. * Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and quality standards. * Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures. * Manage and track product returns and warranty claims. * Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement projects. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies. * Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis. * Proficiency in using quality control tools and software. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues. * Experience with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards is a plus. * Experience with modular furniture or cabinetry manufacturing is a plus.
