Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality and reliability strategies for new product introductions and existing products. • Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and design of experiments (DOE) to identify and mitigate potential failures. • Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and protocols to ensure the reliability and quality of our equipment. • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement process improvements and reduce defects. • Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Develop and present reports on quality and reliability metrics to stakeholders. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in product quality and reliability engineering, preferably in the semiconductor or display industry. • Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE). • Experience with failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and root cause analysis (RCA). • Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology and tools. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
