Product Quality Electrical Lead

Description of the position: To ensure customer satisfaction, including field warranty results and plant efficiency, the Product Quality Electrical Lead (PQEL) leads/supervises the management of warranty within its perimeter, supports/leads the internal quality management of the manufacturing plant, supports the Supplier Quality within the plant perimeter and manages product/process evolutions in series life (mass production and volume production) to ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards. The PQEL is responsible for developing and implementing quality control plans, conducting audits and inspections, identifying and addressing non-conformities, and ensuring corrective actions are taken. In addition, the PQEL will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, optimize production processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
