Product Quality Analyst

VHL Sistemas is looking for a Product Quality Analyst.

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of deliveries from the development team, acting on analysis, validation, and documentation of tasks, as well as contributing to mass testing and technical training. This position plays an essential role in bridging the gap between the technical team and support and implementation areas, ensuring that customer demands are correctly translated and met.

You will act in supporting the production of instructional content in textual format, converting video tutorials on internal systems into clear and organized manuals. You will also be responsible for standardizing and organizing produced materials, ensuring they are accessible and aligned with area guidelines.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze tasks: Evaluate open demands from the support or implementation team, ensuring clarity and sufficient detail for the technical team to execute correctly. Point out impacts, acceptance criteria, and document with tests and prints when necessary.

• Test and validation: Test completed deliveries from the development team, verifying if they meet the predicted scope. If there is an error, return the task with maximum information for correction.

• Mass testing: Perform complete testing on delivery versions (sprints), ensuring that new functionalities do not negatively impact other areas of the system.

• Task opening: Report bugs, improvements, and opportunities identified during tests, creating new tasks with technical clarity.

• Status of tasks: Follow up on version progress and communicate the support team about the release of updates to clients.

• Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of functional manuals, ensuring clear, objective, and accessible texts.

• Tech training: Collaborate with technical training for the team regarding processes, tools, and best practices in Quality.

About you:

• Higher education degree or ongoing studies in related areas;

• Prior experience in software quality analysis or system validation;

• Logical reasoning, organization, and attention to details;

• Good written communication and technical documentation skills;

Seriously a plus if you have: familiarity with agile methodologies and knowledge of version control and task management tools (like Jira, Trello, Git).
