To support our Technology Service Desk Teams at the Hamburg Headquarter, we are looking for you as Product & Process Operations Manager (w/m/d)* on a full-time basis. This position allows you to be responsible for the technical further development of our platforms and focus on process consulting and mapping at the same time.

• As Product & Process Operations Manager (w/m/d)*, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and technically scaling Freshservice and Freshdesk.
• You will implement API connections (REST) and design modern frontends using HTML, CSS, and Liquid.
• As the central point of contact, you will advise departments on transferring their workflows to Freshservice.
• You will be responsible for process mapping, designing intuitive service catalog elements, and translating technical requirements into automated, efficient workflows.
• Identifying optimization potential to enhance the user experience worldwide.

Deine Fähigkeiten, die uns begeistern

• You have a successfully completed study in business informatics, another IT-focused study or equivalent training with high process affinity.
• You bring fundamental knowledge of JavaScript and modern CSS standards.
• You are familiar with the mapping and modeling of processes (e.g., BPMN, EPK, RACI) and have a passion for ITIL frameworks and Lean methods.
• The safe handling of the template language Liquid (Freshworks ecosystem) and API programming (JSON, REST) are a strong plus.
• You possess very good communication skills in German and English.
