We are a slightly different tax consultancy firm.

At our company, digital change is at the forefront – paper bureaucracy? None! We have digitized the accounting profession from the very beginning and set new standards with our innovative web application for online bookkeeping since the early days of the internet. And we still have much more in store!

Tasks

Our vision: We want to shape the future of tax consulting and become even more efficient and user-friendly. We are already working on an app that allows our clients to easily submit their documents and automatically book them – but this is just the beginning! If you have experience in the IT industry, bring the ability to drive projects independently and with passion, and are willing to accompany us in a thrilling change process, then you're exactly right for us.

Qualification

• Experience in the IT industry: You have a solid understanding of IT processes and projects. What specialization you bring is secondary – we value versatility and broad knowledge.
• Project management and ownership: You can independently and goal-orientedly manage projects, keep the big picture in mind, and not lose sight of the details. You are able to coordinate complex software projects and align the interests of all stakeholders.
• Technical affinity: You ideally bring knowledge of hardware and/or software and enjoy overcoming the technical challenges of software projects.
• Change management: You are motivated to support us in implementing our vision and bring your own ideas and innovations that will take us further.
• Team spirit and cooperation: You are a true team player who values exchange with colleagues and works together on solutions. We place great value on a respectful and supportive working environment.
