Product Owner/Information Analyst (Payments and Savings) You will be working in the Payments and Savings domain. The domain is working on improving our customer journey and introducing new features which improve the banking experience of our customers, as well as maintaining our payments processing infrastructure. Due to an internal move a vacancy has opened. The Product Owner / Information Analyst is the functional linking pin between the business, stakeholders and the development teams. Analyzing data and information from various sources, identifying trends and patterns, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and improvements. Ensuring that the development of new features and improvements aligns with business objectives and customer needs. Providing input on product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on business goals and customer feedback. Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our customers' needs, behaviors, and preferences. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs while maintaining or improving quality.
