Business Central is our central anchor – fully networked with inventory management, PIM, Shopware, and marketplaces like Amazon and eBay.

• Analyse, optimization, and representation of business processes in ERP – including the decision of when standard solutions are sufficient and when individual developments are meaningful
• Taking on requirements from the departments and structuring their translation into executable concepts for development
• Self-responsible steering of ERP projects from idea to implementation – with a clear focus on quick, practical results
• Conceptual responsibility for the integration of the ERP system with adjacent systems like inventory management, PIM, Shopware, marketplaces, and shipping solutions
• Ensuring clear documentation of processes and decisions, as well as conducting training sessions as needed
• Supporting colleagues as a point of contact for ERP questions in daily business (approximately 10% of the time)

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (consulting or functional)
• Fundamental knowledge of Business Central On-Premise, ideally with the 2025 version
• Good understanding of business processes in the areas of Finance, Procurement, and Logistics
• The ability to formulate technical requirements in a way that a developer can implement them
• Independent working style and the willingness to take responsibility for the system
• Fluent German language skills and good English language skills
