Product Owner (w/m/d) for AI Projects - with Project Management Experience

Tasks

• Conceptualization and further development of AI solutions in specific customer projects
• Use cases like automated data processing, NLP for HR processes, KI-based decision support
• Customer workshops, requirements analysis, technical translation – together with Consultants & Engineers
• Agile steering of the entire lifecycle: From prototype to MVP to scalable product
• Use of modern tools like n8n, LangChain, Prompt Engineering Frameworks, vector DBs (e.g. Pinecone)

Qualification

• Experience as Product Owner / Project Manager (w/m/d) in the tech-, agency- or consulting context
• You have already steered customer projects – ideally with technical or AI-related content
• Very good understanding of Artificial Intelligence, ML processes, and their application
• You know tools like n8n, Make, RAG, LLM-based APIs, Notion AI or similar from practice
• Communication strength – in German (fluent) & English, both towards customers and tech teams
• Self-organization, ownership, and enthusiasm for changing requirements
• Residence in the Munich or Berlin area or willingness to relocate
