Product Owner Web & E-Commerce (m/f/d)

• You are responsible for consulting and project management in website and e-commerce projects.

• You develop digital strategies that help your clients sustainably optimize their online presence and sales.

• You are responsible for the conception, implementation, and optimization of websites, online shops, and email campaigns.

• You proactively advise your clients, are not afraid of calls and meetings, and identify new sales potentials in your projects.

• You coordinate and assign tasks for our creative and web development teams.

• You are responsible for the preparation and development of presentations.

• You have at least two years of experience in managing online projects, ideally from an agency background.
• You understand how websites and online shops are structured and have knowledge of HTML, CSS & Co. as well as initial experience with common systems such as WordPress, Shopify, Klaviyo, Brevo, or Mailchimp.
• You feel at home online and have no hesitation in using AI tools.
• You value personal responsibility, are well-organized, and can adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
• You possess strong communication skills and remain calm even in difficult situations.
• Ideally, you have a completed degree in Business Informatics, Digital Media, or Business Administration, or a related apprenticeship.
