Product Owner

vConstruct , a Pune based Construction Technology company seeks a Product Owner who will own the development cycle of the product/suite of products. The successful candidate will be part of a cross-functional team that will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle – from Product discovery until Launch. Responsibilities: Discovery, Analysis and Documentation: Work with Business stakeholders and Product Manager to capture and analyze the requirements Work with Product Manager to define and document the product backlog items. Requirements gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development Team, Design Team, QA Team, and other stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements. Prioritization: Work closely with the Product Manager to prioritize the product backlog items based on business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Definition of Done: Define the criteria for when a product backlog item is complete. Backlog Refinement: Participate in regular refinement sessions to review and refine the product backlog. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are met and that they are informed about the progress. Communication: Communicate effectively with the Development Team, Design Team, QA Team, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals. Launch Preparation: Participate in launch preparation activities such as testing, documentation, and training.
