Tasks

Tech Overall Responsibility

• Architecture planning and technical strategy for TYPO3 projects
• Ensuring code quality, performance, security, and maintainability
• Defining and developing development standards and best practices
• Selecting and evaluating extensions, integrations, and technologies

Team Leadership

• Fachliche leadership and mentoring of the TYPO3 development team
• Conducting code reviews and technical support in everyday life
• Fostering an efficient, agile, and quality-oriented work process
• Closely collaborating with project management, UX, and stakeholders

Tech Project Guidance

• Supporting concept development and cost estimation
• Identifying and evaluating technical risks
• Ensuring smooth deployments and releases

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in TYPO3 development (Extbase/Fluid)
• Very good knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, databases, and web security
• Leadership experience or advanced coaching competence
• Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible work process
