Product Owner (Super App)

From Workana, we are collaborating with a multinational fintech company that is building a financial Super App to integrate multiple digital services —credits, wallet, payments, and more—. We are looking for a Product Owner with proven experience in large-scale projects, who has led the development of fintech or Super Apps from conceptualization to execution, focusing on user experience, financial integrations, and team management.

S/he will be responsible for leading the conceptualization, definition, and execution of the Super App, ensuring it meets the standards of innovation, scalability, and user experience required for a regional product. This role is strategic to integrate multiple services into a unified ecosystem, oriented towards both end-users and commercial partners.

Requirements

• Led the development end-to-end of the Super App, ensuring compliance with times, scope, and quality.
• Defined, documented, and prioritized business and technical requirements along with stakeholders and providers.
• Designed journeys, wireframes, and user flows for digital experiences centered on the customer.
• Ensured integration of financial services: payments, credits, digital wallet, and other modules.
• Coordinated development teams, QA, UX/UI, security, and external providers under agile methodologies.
• Implemented KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports to track the product.
• Analyzed global trends in Super Apps and applied best practices adapted to the regional context.

Academic Formation

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Deseable: Master's degree in Project Management, Digital Innovation, or related fields.
• Certifications desired: Scrum Master, PMP, Product Owner.

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years leading digital projects in fintech, digital banking, or technology companies.
• Proven experience in creating a Super App or integrated app ecosystem (cases or documentation of previous projects will be requested).
• Management of international technological providers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in writing technical and functional requirements, use case lifting, and end-to-end process design.

Key Technical Skills

• Solid knowledge in UX/UI, APIs, microservices, digital wallets, payment systems, and Super Apps.
• Mastery of diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Figma, Visio).
• Management of agile management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, Confluence).
• Intermediate-advanced English (desirable).
