Main Responsibilities:
- Mapped and optimized candidate journey;
- Defined and tracked KPIs of capture and A/B tests;
- Ensured consistency and personalization across channels (CRM, portals, app, campaigns);
- Developed gamification mechanics and interactive journeys;
- Translated business needs into scalable solutions with real impact on experience;
- Supported strategic decisions based on data, experimentation, and feedbacks;
- Acted in discovery and development of new product opportunities.
Technical Profile:
- Experience as PO in digital products, educational or performance marketing products;
- Analytical vision and mastery of BI tools, dashboards, and predictive analysis;
- Fluency in conversion metrics, segmentations, and data storytelling;
- Knowledge in CRM, digital campaigns, and engagement platforms;
- Experience with UI/UX tools, gamification, and personalized journey optimization;
- Able to articulate with diverse areas and influence strategic forums;
- Familiarity with e-commerce and funnel strategies.
