Product Owner (Dashboard Specialist)

Context:

We are looking for, for our client, a major telecom group, a Product Owner specialized in dashboards to manage the run and evolution of our dataviz assets, serving the construction teams.

This Product Owner ensures that users have reliable, available, and useful dashboards for all their activities: construction, MCO (maintenance in operational conditions), and after-sales service.

You will be the preferred point of contact for users for their data visualization needs. You will work with data already present in GCP or HDF, and produce dashboards in Power BI On Cloud, in compliance with the graphic charter.

You will also represent our collective and our ways of working to the DATA IA team, and relay its recommendations on Power BI and Looker Studio.

Key Responsibilities

Your central mission: ensure the run of the dashboard assets (Power BI On Cloud or Google Looker Studio) and support employees with their data visualization needs.

1. Manage Dashboard Development

o Scope and specify needs with users.

o Break down needs into user stories and write their acceptance criteria.

o Monitor the development with the nearshore development team, from the backlog to production deployment.

1. Maintain Existing Assets

o Ensure the availability and proper functioning of dashboards in our Power BI workspace.

o Optimize their operating costs.

o Ensure compliance with the graphic charter.

1. Support Users

o Handle employee requests for adding, correcting, or deleting functionalities.

o Support the PDATA team on their ongoing dataviz topics, especially the performance dashboard.

1. Facilitate Agile Framework

o Manage and prioritize the JIRA Dataviz backlog (WSJF or equivalent).

o Facilitate ceremonies: sprint planning, team syncs, reviews, and retrospectives.

1. Be a Proponent for DATA IA

o Represent our collective and our ways of working.

o Relay recommendations on Power BI and Looker Studio tools.

Expected Results:

Deliverables are submitted in French, after each sprint review.

· JIRA Dataviz form implemented.

· JIRA Dataviz backlog written and ordered.

· Minutes of agile ceremonies (sprint planning, meetings, retrospectives).

· Dashboards in Power BI On Cloud or Looker Studio delivered without anomalies.

· Dataviz activity management indicators, measuring the type of request, the requesting entity, the processing time for each JIRA card, from backlog to implementation, and user satisfaction, through systematic review.

Profile Sought

You are a hybrid profile, comfortable with data as well as team facilitation and user relations.

· Technical Data Background: you understand data models, queries, and how a dashboard works end-to-end.

· At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, very comfortable with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).

· Experience managing nearshore delivery: prioritization, commitment tracking, acceptance testing.

· Service-oriented and available to business users.

· Ability to formalize: specifications, user stories, meeting minutes, and tracking indicators.

· Proactive, able to represent the team's voice to cross-functional stakeholders like DATA IA.

Remote Work: 2 days per week
