At our renowned client in the Aalen region - a leading company in the high-tech industry - this unique opportunity is available as part of temporary employment with the option for permanent hire.

Your Future Area of Responsibility

• Further develop the product vision of a sophisticated software for the production of optical high-tech systems together with the Scrum team

• Be responsible for the development of one or more software products in the environment of complex production processes

• Lead the acquisition of requirements from production and development departments and break them down into individual development tasks, document and prioritize them in a product backlog

• Act as the point of contact for clarifying technical questions - estimate effort together with the team and support sprint planning

• Create an interface between the agile and classic project worlds for stakeholders, enabling both short-term sprint planning and long-term milestone planning

• Implement the introduction of software products in production and act as the point of contact for problems

• Coordinate with other Scrum teams for further standardization of architectures and support a self-organizing team as a Servant Leader

What Distinguishes You

• Completed degree in Computer Science (m/f/d), alternatively a degree in Natural Sciences or Engineering, or equivalent

• Experience in leading software projects, analyzing requirements, and profound knowledge in software development

• Experience in participating in agile teams and experience in the role of Product Owner

• A high degree of process understanding and the ability to abstract complex problems simply (e.g., using diagrams)

• Good German and English language skills (B2)
