Summary The Product Owner / Project Manager position aims to manage product development and coordination in a complex international environment, while serving as an interface between central teams and operational teams. Responsibilities : Steering the Product part around CMDB on ServiceNow. Contribute to Taskword product Understand and master flows between ServiceNow and Taskword. Collect needs, prioritize and follow up. Apply good practices for project management, including Agile methodologies. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders. Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Develop and maintain a detailed project plan. Identify and mitigate risks. Monitor and control project progress. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
