Product Owner – Project Management Systems (m/f/d)

• Design and further development of a company-wide platform for portfolio and project management in engineering in an international and cross-functional environment.
• Responsibility as Business Owner for the recording, consolidation, and prioritization of business requirements from engineering and other corporate departments, as well as their support through to implementation.
• Central point of contact for defined Value Creation Teams (VCTs) and coordination of technical alignment between the involved stakeholders.
• Creation and specification of user stories as well as prioritization of the product backlog based on business value and system strategy.
• Close cooperation with internal stakeholders and external development partners for the implementation of new functions and optimization of existing processes.
• Definition of test cases, execution of business tests, and responsibility for the acceptance of new software solutions.
• Planning and support of the introduction of new functionalities as well as conducting user training and supporting change management.
• Function as Key User for an Enterprise Portfolio Management platform and continuous further development of the solution in line with new business requirements and strategic goals.

• Completed studies in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Ability to simplify complex contexts and present them in a visually appealing way
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured and pragmatic approach
• Very good communication and persuasion skills when dealing with different stakeholders
• Professional experience in IT projects or in business owner or key user roles closely related to the business area
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
